Adoption Application
Thank you for making the decision to adopt your next family member!
We know that you have choices to adopt or buy. We are so happy that you are making a choice to be a part of the solution to pet over-population! We want to make this process as enjoyable as possible.
After we receive your application, we will contact you with any we have any more questions or concerns. If we feel the animal you are interested in is not the best fit for your situation, we will contact you. We want to make sure you and the pet are going to be a good fit. We try to make sure that you received the best pet for your home and that the pet receives the best home possible.
All of our adoptable pets will be spay or neutered. If a pet is pending surgery, we may hold off on the adoption until after the surgery.
We will contact you via phone or email within 3 business days after you submit your application. If approved, we will make arrangements for you to meet your chosen pet.
You can always email us at critterhavenassociation@gmail.com to ask if your application was received or check on the status of the application. Please allow 48 hours for a reply.
Adoption Application
Our adoption fee is typically $100 per pet. For a limited time, we have reduced it to $40 per pet.
